I am delighted to be returning to India to host a 10 night yoga retreat in Kovalam, Kerala from 16th March - 26th March 2025 Please note, the 5.5 hour time difference in India look at flying out the day before, you will arrive back the same day you leave, depending on if you have stopover. THIS RETREAT IS OPEN TO ALL LEVELS INCLUDING BEGINNERS Additonal to the twice daily yoga classes, there is time to explore the local area. With 2 days off to explore Kerala further. Trips can be arranged by Kailasam yoga centre -either group or individual. The nearest airport is Trivandrum (or Indian spelling Thiruvananthapuram) about 30 minutes away.
